What this service is

Transcript Keeper helps homeschool families maintain high school records and generate transcript PDFs. It is operated by a homeschool family, for homeschool families.

What we collect

Only what appears on a transcript, entered by you: your school-of-record name and contact details, student names, dates of birth, course titles, grades, credits, test scores, and honors/activities. Your login is an email address and password, or a Google sign-in. We do not collect anything else, and there are no analytics trackers or advertising scripts on this site.

Children's information

Student records are entered by parents or guardians about their own students. Children do not create accounts or use the service themselves.

How your data is used

Solely to provide the service: storing your records, computing GPAs, and rendering your transcript PDFs. We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your data to anyone. No third party has access to it, with one exception: if you sign in with Google, Google confirms your email address to us as part of that sign-in.

How it's protected

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Backups are encrypted before being stored. Access to your family's records is limited to the guardian logins on your account.

Deleting your data

Delete your account yourself from the Account page, or email [email protected]. Deletion removes your family's records — students, courses, scores, and account details — from the live database, and encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
