The service
Transcript Keeper is a record-keeping tool for homeschool families. It stores the course, grade, and test information you enter and generates transcript documents from it. The service is currently provided free of charge.
Your records, your responsibility
You are the school of record. The accuracy and completeness of your transcripts — grades, credits, GPAs, and everything else on them — is your responsibility as the issuing parent or guardian. The service does the math on the numbers you enter; it does not certify or accredit anything.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You may add additional guardians to your family account; everyone you add has full access to your family's records. Don't use the service to store information about families other than your own.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We take backups and care about uptime, but we make no guarantee of availability or of error-free operation. Keep copies of transcripts you've issued (download the PDFs).
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
